Evaluating key elements of the Jamieson Vitamins online experience to determine potential improvements to the functionality and design, including brand recognition and how users’ online experience will influence their perception.
Screening questions used to find suitable users based on the client's target audience. Final participants recruited for the testing based on online screener and follow-up phone conversations.
Test objectives
Tasks
Participants shared their screens during the sessions and the moderator would ask follow-up questions when users detoured from the anticipated flow. Each task was timed on how long it took to accomplish and users were asked afterwards on the ease of completing the task (1 being easy and 5 being unable to complete).
Study Findings
All the findings were documented in a report to the client. A chart summarized the issues discovered during testing for a quick overview of the site functionality and to help prioritize fixes. A detailed breakdown of each issue used a combination of screencaps or user comments, specific pain points encountered by users and suggestions on how to solve the issue.
